Updated 9/30/2012 to include all Chocolate Frog Cards through the eleventh chapter of Chamber of Secrets.
These lists are in alphabetical order as they would appear in your trunk. You will still have empty spots in your trunk for additional cards. You will collect 11 cards in Philosopher’s Stone and then 12 cards in the first eleven chapters of Chamber of Secrets for a total of 23 Chocolate Frog cards. As with all items in Pottermore these will regenerate if you do not have one in your inventory. At the end you will still have empty slots in your trunk for additional frog cards. And despite there being empty slots on the first page, there is still a second page of cards.

The lamp won’t come on in book 2 chapter 3, harry’s escape. Is there a trick to it?

Actually I have 27 after adding two I missed. It looks like you’re missing Beaumont Marjoribanks (Book 2, Chapter 15, Moment 1), Herpo the Foul (Book 2, Chapter 16, Moment 3), Mirabella Plunkett(Book 2, Chapter 18, Moment 1) and Montague Knightley (Book 2, Chapter 12, Moment 3). Hope this helps.
Yeah these lists are still only up to chapter 11. I need to update them all through the end of Chamber of Secrets but I’ve been busy dueling for the House Cup. XD

Sorry, that was books, they have 94 actually. How did they do this??? And they have over 500 objects. I am so confused.
500 Unique objects? They may have duplicates of some, due to gifting.

What’s funny is that it is correct on the combined table but not in the CoS only one. How?!? Lol.
None of my chocolate frog cards after Merlin are showing up in my trunk :/ I went back to the scenes to try to recollect them, but they weren’t there. Help?
The chocolate frog pages are loading strange. There are now a number of empty slots on the first page. But scroll all the way down and you will find there is a second page.

i have 22 frog cards but i still have empty slots on page 1 do you think that is more card later on at the end of cos or have i missed some?
Do you have the Alberta Toothill Card? I don’t see it on your list.

Actually, there are 11 empty slots. I checked – I have all the cards on the list, 16, or 4 rows of 4.

We believe those slots are the remaining cards to be collected in Chamber of Secrets.

Why am I unable to zoom in on section 17.3, the house cup awards? It is the only section I have trouble with? You have any advice?
There are actually no zoom levels on the last moment of Philosopher’s Stone. You do not need to zoom to collect anything in this scene.

Why cant we see the wizards on the cholocate frog catds? Why does Pottermore only offer the back side?
I suspect this has something to do with the fact they don’t like to show faces of characters on Pottermore, but I don’t really know for sure. I too miss the picture, but at least you can read the description in your trunk now. During Beta you only got to read it once, when you picked it up, and not again. I would give cards away so I could re-collect them and re-read the card.
If we give cards as gifts, do they re-generate out in the story?
Yes! Any object that you give away down to zero in your inventory will regenerate. Cards, objects, ingredients, EVERYTHING. It’s actually funny to think that we are producing additional objects in the game by giving things away and recollecting it. This is why I have multiples of so many items in my own inventory. I should start giving them away, now that I think about it.
Terrific. Want to share stuff with the newbies in my house, and if it regenerates, it will give me something to between dueling.
I need to start giving my excess away. LOL. I have multiples of every chocolate frog card because people have gifted them to me.
I can’t find Transfiguration Book. Any hints on that one. I have all my other books.

My trunk does not show that I have the Merlin Card. I have collected this card 3 times. It shows on the screen I have collected it but then it does not appear in my trunk. Same thing with the Book Curses and Counter-Curses. Please help
The book is not going to appear in your trunk, instead it is under spells on your profile. In regards to the card, this must be a glitch. You can report it from the POttermore Help page. (go to HELP -> OTHER -> WHAT’S NEXT? -> NEED MORE HELP?) Then fill out the form you get there. Check out the book locations entry to see what books appear in your trunk and what books don’t. Hope this helps at least a little.

There will definitely be slots open in books, there will be no slots open in chocolate frog cards. I have slots open in objects but if you purchase all objects in Diagon Alley (I viewed this as a waste of gold) I think they are all filled.
Basically, there are 11 cards, 21 objects if you buy only what is required, 15 books in your trunk, 3 books in spells, and 1 book in potions.

Yeah, same one I was missing. I was in the beta and i knew I had to be missing one because there was one empty spot but i couldn’t find it no matter how hard i looked everywhere.
It was the last straggler of mine for a while too. Very hard to find with out a clue as to where it is to begin with.
Thank you for doing this. I was missing the Circe card for a while and this helped me find it. I have all 11 Chocolate Frog cards now! Yay!
